Richards Laboratories recording blanks are available for $50.00 each

Blanks can be supplied in two different lengths.

They are all originally made 4.53 inches long. This is .28 inches longer than a standard Edison cylinder. They cover the entire mandrel and they give a full 2.5 minutes of recording time.

At the customer's request, they can be cut down to 4.25 inches long, which is the standard length of Edison cylinders.

Please note these recording blanks are not mass-produced. They are individually fabricated as part of the on-going research and development process. Therefore available quantities are quite limited.
